The Lake House is situated in a semi-rural location midway between Alicante and Murcia on the CV-951. The nearest village of Torremendo is approximately 3km away.

Getting here could not be easier:
We are conveniently located between 2 international airports and 10 minutes from the AP7 motorway.

Airport Alicante is 45 minutes by car to the North and Murcia airport is 25 minutes to the south.

We are surrounded by top class golf courses, amazing countryside and beautiful beaches. Our unique lake side location gives easy access to walkers, anglers, cyclists as well as a truly inspiring retreat for winters, artists or those seeking peace and sublime surroundings.

The nearest beaches are approx. 15km away at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. There are really good beaches with great facilities available all along the coast. North to Torrevieja right through to Dehesa de Campoamor and then onto San Pedro del Pinatar which borders the beautiful Mar Menor. All within easy reach and with good accessibility.

There are several very large Hypermarkets close by including Alcampo at La Zenia Boulevard (18kms) and Carrefour in Torrevieja (20kms). The Murcia region is the garden of Spain and fresh fruit and vegetables are plentiful at the local markets which are an experience all in themselves.
